Elka Lacno-Musngi is a seasoned data scientist with over a decade of experience in data analytics. She currently serves as the Assistant Director, Senior Data Scientist at the California State University Office of the Chancellor, where she oversees data processes for the CSU’s Student Success Dashboard and leads data analytics and modeling projects for the team. Elka is also an active board member of the California Association for Institutional Research.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from California State University, Long Beach.
